Brian Meyer

Local Naptown resident and sup Annapolis crew member Brian Meyer shows you some footage of how to Train.. SUP SUICIDES, we were doing these on Tuesday night paddles and what a brutal workout!!! Brian is a BEAST on a 12'6 and as sad as I am to say he is moving up to the 14' class so beware you were warned here, there goes another podium spot haha!
