Sorry if you have been trying to call us and we have not gotten back to you yet. We got a little backed up with pre-orders and I was dealing with a sick 3 month old boy haha, oh well sleep is for the weak right?! We should be back at it for good now. I will return all phone calls this week. Also in case you did not know we carry all Thule products now (will beat anybody's listed price)and I just got one of the new Sup Taxi's. I have heard some good things about it so wanted to check it out for myself and I love it. So much faster then regular straps and they are lockable for when you have to make a quick stop before or after paddling. Only downside would be depending on what type of car you have you need to be careful about parking garages haha but very simple to take on and off.

Also team rider Mark McCulloh's personal trainer up in Baltimore has a really cool fitness website. Here is what mark has to say about it
"I have worked out with my current trainer for several years now and have done this style of working out for a long time…. If focuses on strength a bit but really incorporates cardio within that training AND its dynamic… never the same and always keeps your muscles guessing. The problem with this kind of training u need to use a trainer or buy a bunch of DVDs. My trainer has started a web site that puts up, daily, workout routines. They are progressive, ie , it builds on itself and it has three levels that you can move up to. Its not just random. If you don’t belong to a gym you can modify some stuff and do it at home. Ideally should have, at home, some things like a few dumbells , jumprope and a pullup bar. The instruction is cheap, $7.00 a month, I signed up yesterday even though I still go to his gym (they are separate), so I have it for travel. I PROMISE you this will help you do better in races."
