Group Paddle this Saturday

Group Paddle this Saturday at noon. Meet us at Amos Garret Park for a little over 4 mile paddle. This is a great time to start training for the upcoming paddle season!





Also next Friday March 4Th we will be starting our Friday morning race training group at 6AM. We will launch from Jonas Green Park (weather permitting if windy will go from Amos Garret Park) and finish up at 7AM. We will mark off different landmarks so you know when to turn around to make it back by 7AM, there will be some fast paddlers there to help motivate/push you to become a fast paddler. This is for people who are serious about getting in shape and have paddle experience, while the water is still cold a wetsuit is recommended. This is a paddle at your own risk event!! It is gonna be a blast and a great way to start your weekend off right, all while having fun getting a workout with other dedicated paddlers. I know its early in the morning but you will get used to it!
