Sup race tomorrow night in Deep Creek, if you are there stop by and check it out. If you have a board bring it and race it, if you don't have a board come try all the demo boards. Below is the email from Mike from Wisp Resort about the race.


"Our first Local’s Cup Paddleboard Race is this Friday evening at 7pm on the pond near Chair 4. Hope you can make the event.

Meet at the pond located at the top of Chair 4, look for the small white tent, Wisp banner and large Burton flag, bring you blanket or lawn chair and catch a great sunset and our first Local’s Cup Sunset Paddleboard race. The parking area is in the small lot to the right as you enter into the road to the Pumphouse and ASCI. The race will consist of a time trail around (4) buoys placed in the pond and then a head to head race around the buoys, We will also have our paddleboard demos on hand for people to try the sport of Paddleboarding and free lessons from an Wisp Outdoors Adventure guide.

Time trail starts at 7pm and the race to follow after qualifying time trail. We will have classes for men, women and kids. $10 entry fee per person



Music and lots of fun, plan to spend the evening and enjoy the sunset…
